It pays out if you are diagnosed with a terminal illness.  If the Doctors say you won’t live past 12 months your life insurance can be paid out.  You can claim for a Terminal Illness on most life insurance policies. But there are occasions when people are diagnosed as terminal but will survive longer than 12 months. What do you do then ? You can’t access your life insurance money, but you want to make the most of the time you have left.  Partners Life latest addition to their life insurance policy lets you access 30% of the amount of life insurance if you are terminal, but have longer than 12 months.  It’s a fantastic feature allowing you to access part of your life insurance at an early stage and the rest of it when you have less than 12 months to live so you can enjoy what’s left of your life.

Terminal Illness ‘Top Up’

The policy pays out an additional sum of money on top of the life insurance, that extra money would be handy wouldn’t it.  If you suffered a terminal illness you may need funds for possible treatment, spouse taking time off work, achieving a lifetime wish or bucket list.  This policy can be taken on its own or we can also add it to an existing Partners Life Policy.

Accidental Death Top Up

Your regular Life Insurance will pay out if you die by Sickness or Accident.  What if you or your spouse has an accident and dies ? Accidental death cover is a great way to increase the amount paid out if you die in an accident. Also great if you can’t get normal life insurance due to health conditions.  Your age or health does not affect the price so it is a good way to get a higher amount of life insurance if you died in an accident.
